I've always been interested in seeing things that you don't normally see.
And hacking up little systems to allow me to see the unseen, has been a pretty good hobby lately.
TimeLapse photography was the first area I experimented with... I had an old video camera that would take 1 second every minute...

CHDK Hack your canon powershot - I use it for timelapse, long exposures.. lots of stuff.
